7 Maintenance
7.1 Performing safety-controls (STK) according to MPBetriebV
Note: The CALLIS ORTHO is a medical product and needs a safety check every 12 months.
The operator is responsible for the execution. The Check-sticker which is located directly next to the device-
label shows the date of the next check. First check has to be executed 12 months after first setup.
7.2 Solving breakdowns
Pull the power cable before you perform any work at the device.
Check the power supply first.
Leave the device currentless and check the plug/connector of your device.
Connect the power cable to the grid again.
If the device still does not work contact your distributor.
8 Care
Clean the plastic-surface and frames with a wet rag using soft soap to get rid of aggressive sweat spots. Rub
everything dry when you are finished.
If a disinfection should be necessary use acryl-disinfection tissues
The devices safety-level can only be ensured if the devices are checked for damages frequently. Damaged
parts have to be replaced immediately else the device has to be decommissioned until repaired.
Attention: Do not use solvents.
