Dispensing products
For dispensing products, refer to the handbook of the coffee machine to which the
appliance is connected by means of the pipe

taly coffee machine must be carried out by
a specialised technician. Only proper installation of the appliance with the
Caf

taly coffee machine ensures correct and safe operation and mainte-
nance.
The appliance cannot be used with other coffee machines.
“Door with key lock” model
If your appliance is the model with "
door with key lock
" (Fig. 23), once the door
is closed using the handle, you can also lock it with the special key supplied

, to
prevent anyone from accessing the internal compartment in your absence.
CLEANING
Short cleaning cycle (at end of dispensing)
This cycle is managed by the Caf
fi
taly coffee machine after a milk beverage is
dispensed;; at the end of the dispensing, if milk beverages are no longer dispensed
during a set time, the machine requires a quick wash of the circuits in order to con-
tinue dispensing beverages with milk.
To run this cycle consult the machine instruction handbook; the machine uses the
water of its own circuit.
Automatic cleaning cycle (at end of day)
This cycle is managed by the Caf
fi
taly coffee machine at the end of a day's work.
NB
: This cleaning is essential to ensure the integrity of the products dis-
pensed.
To carry out this cleaning, the Wash/Rinse tank
N
must be used.
Proceed as follows:
• Remove the lid from the wash/rinse tank
N
(Fig.14).
• Fill the rinse compartment (Fig.15) with fresh water to the MAX level indicated.
• Fill the wash compartment (Fig.16) with fresh water to the MAX level indicated.
• Put the detergent (tablets or liquid) in the wash compartment (Fig.17) and stir
until completely dissolved.
• Close the tank with the lid (Fig.18).
• Open the front door
