Is the sensor cover dirty? Clean and remove dirt on the sensor
cover.

The Odor & Dust monitor may remain
yellow or orange for some time when
odor generating substances are emitted
in the room, such as when a room is
freshly renovated.
The Odor & Dust
monitor remains
blue. Is the product positioned
at a location where there
are obstructions in the
surrounding area, which
may be causing poor air
circulation? Keep the position the product at least
30 cm away from walls, furnitures,
curtains and the like to the front and
back, right and left, as well as above.
Is the sensor cover dirty? Clean and remove dirt on the sensor
cover.
Have at least 5 minutes
passed since the power
cord was connected and the
power was turned on? The product is unable to provide correct
status display for about 5 minutes after
the power is turned on, as sensors
are initialized during this period. Give
it some time and see if the color of
the Odor & Dust Monitor changes to
another color.
