Before attempting the tongue postion change you must use wheel
chocks to prevent the caddy from rolling/moving. Once you have
chocked the caddy set-up the jack stands to help when moving the
tongue position.
Step 1
Once on the jack stands raise the tongue jack to allow it to move without ground
contact. Remove the cylinder and tongue lock from the tongue.
Step 2
Remove main tongue pin and reposition the tongue to the chosen position.
The trailer tongue weights approximately 410lbs (185 kg). Do not
move the Trailer Tongue if you are not physically fit, and do not move
the Trailer Tongue without assistance.
Step 3
Replace the main tongue pin.
Step 4
Re-install the cylinder and lock bar as shown below.
