Before Storing
Before storing your 3 Nozzle Manure Boom, you must clean the hoses
with a proper clean-out procedure (e.g. clean-out ball launcher or water
flushing). Failure to do so WILL result in gas build up in the hoses
creating excess pressure. This can cause equipment failure which
could result in death and/or serious injury.

Visually inspect
equipment

Walk around the unit and check for any loose,
missing or damaged items. Replace missing or
damaged items and tighten loosened items.
Clean unit

Flush drag elbow and nozzle hoses with water
ensuring the unit is cleaned internally. Wash down
the unit’s exterior. Washing
exterior will reduce
corrosion damage.
Lubricate all
grease fittings
Using a grease gun, lubricate all grease fittings with
an appropriate amount of grease.
