DRIVER SELECTABLE MODES

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

HEAD-UP DISPLAY

The available driver-selectable operating modes tailor the perfor-

mance of the vehicle to your preferences.

DRIVER MODES

  Press the MODE 

button on the 

 center console to 

scroll through the 

three modes 

 displayed on the 

instrument cluster. 

After 3  seconds, the 

highlighted mode 

will become active. 

Tour (Default mode at each ignition cycle)

Provides a balance of ride comfort, performance and fuel economy 

for everyday driving. 

 Sport

Delivers a more engag-

ing driving experience 

with more aggressive 

acceleration and steer-

ing responses.

Hold

Saves EV operation for 

later use. The charge of 

the high voltage battery remains constant.

Adaptive Cruise Control allows you to select the cruise control 

set speed and following gap (the time between your vehicle and a 

detected vehicle). 

  To set the cruise control set speed and following gap, use the 

controls on the left side of the steering wheel.

  To switch between Adaptive Cruise Control and regular cruise 

control, press and hold the 

 

Cancel button.

When Adaptive Cruise Control is active, a green 

 indicator 

illuminates on the instrument cluster and the following gap is 

displayed. When the regular cruise control is active, a green 

 

indicator illuminates on the instrument cluster; the following gap 

is not displayed.

Note: When the vehicle is turned on, the cruise control will be set to the 

last mode used before the vehicle was turned off. When using either mode, 

always be prepared to apply the brakes.

The Head-Up Display (HUD) projects some operating information 

onto the windshield. 

  Use the HUD controls, located on the left side of the instrument 

panel, to adjust the position and the brightness of the image 

and to select from four display views.

  To adjust the angle of the HUD image to compensate for wind-

shield variations, use the Driver Information Center controls on 

the right side of the steering wheel to view the Options menu 

on the instrument cluster and select HUD Rotation.
