CAUTION:
Things that burn can get on hot engine parts
and start a fire. These include liquids like fuel,
oil, coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer and
other fluids, and plastic or rubber. You or
others could be burned. Be careful not to drop
or spill things that will burn onto a hot engine.
Hood Release
To lift the hood, use the following steps:
1. Pull the lever inside
the vehicle to open the
hood. It is located
on the lower left side of
the instrument panel.
2. Then go to the front of the vehicle and find the
secondary hood release lever. The lever is
located under the hood near the center of the
vehicle. Move the release lever to the right and raise
the hood.
Before closing the hood, be sure all filler caps are on
properly. Then pull the hood down and close it firmly.
