Regulatory Requirements
4.1 United Kingdom and Europe
Users based in the United Kingdom must pay particular attention to the
information contained in this section.

The CBUPRI/E1 and SBUPRI-30 are approved for connection to ISDN
services provided by British Telecom PLC, or any similar
telecommunications operator.
1. Only connect apparatus complying with the requirements of TNV in
accordance with clause 6.2 of EN 60 950 to the port on the rear
panel of your unit marked ISDN ‘S’.
2. All apparatus connected to this unit and thereby connected directly
or indirectly to the British Telecom circuits must be approved
apparatus as defined in Section 22 of the British
Telecommunications Act 1984.
3. Users must ensure compliance with safety precautions by referring
to the installation section of the Shelf Systems Manual, with
relevance to the Shelf type it is housed in.
