UNPACKING THE 2H22-08R
To unpack the 2H22-08R
and verify the contents of the shipment, proceed
as follows:
1.
Open the carton and remove the packing material protecting the
2H22-08R.
2.
Verify the contents of the carton as listed in
Table 3-1
.
3.
Remove the black and yellow tape seal on the non-conductive bag to
remove the 2H22-08R.
4.
Perform a visual inspection of the device for any signs of physical
damage. If there are any items missing or damaged, contact Cabletron
Systems Global Call Center as described in
Section 1.7
.
3.3
INSTALLING OPTIONS
If the 2H22-08R is to be installed with an optional Fast Ethernet Interface
Module, refer to
Appendix C
for installation instructions.
