4. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
4.1 CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• About thermosensor (probe): if there are dust
or other dirt in the mirror or tunnel of the sensor,
please clean the probe with a cotton swab dipped
denatured alcohol. (Note: please do not place the
product directly under the faucet to wash.)
• Device housing: please wipe the product with a
soft and dry cloth to avoid scratching of the pro-
duct.
(Note: please do not clean the product directly
with water.)
Note: Infrared thermometers adopts highly sensiti-
ve technique to detect the temperature of the tar-
get object: any dust paste not only can affect the
measurement accuracy, but also can cause bacterial
infection. We suggest cleaning the device well after
every use (as over indicated).
4.2 MAINTENANCE
• Before every use, check the device. Do not use the
device if it is damaged in any way. The continuous
use of a damaged unit may cause injury, improper
results, or serious danger.
• Storage and use the device at the cool, dry and
ventilated environment. Avoid to approach the fire
and the heat source, or it will cause the battery
explode.
• If you have any problems with the device, such
as setting up, maintaining or using, please contact
with service personnel of manufacturer or distribu-
tor. Don’t open or repair the device by yourself.
• Please report to Manufacturer/Distributor if any
unexpected operation or events occur.
