b. If the unit is going to be front mounted, refer to Figure 501-3 for attaching the 19”
to 600 mm extender brackets to the right and left rear support brackets.

4. For front mounting only. Position the rear support mounting brackets (right and left)
on the rear rack frame in a manner that both provides side and rear support to the Fan/
Power Supply (Figure 501-4), and allows the bottom of the Fan/Power Supply housing
to be placed directly on top of the HWX Equipment Shelf. Mount the brackets using
appropriate mounting hardware. Tighten the screws securely.
