The UPS is not on

Turn the UPS off and unplug one piece
of equipment. Wait 10 seconds, reset
the circuit breaker then turn the UPS
on again.

at least 2 seconds to turn it on
Turn the UPS off. Wait 10 seconds then
turn it on again.
The unit is not plugged into an
outlet
