Troubleshooting
When problems cannot be solved, contact an authorized BVM repair facility.
Prior to troubleshooting a problematic spider, perform check based on PCAL-rule:

ressure after the filter fitted before the hook up manifold is 90-120 psi.

Check that all hoses and quick disconnects are properly

ir leakage at manifold block, operation panel, quick disconnects, or hoses.

Defective cylinder seal.

Tubing slides thru set

Replace cylinder or cylinder bolts
*Air escaping from the control valve does not necessarily mean that the control valve is faulty.
If there is a defective cylinder O-ring seal, the air leaking through the cylinders will be released
back through the control valve. If control valve leakage is suspected, remove valve from unit
and test. If valve is not leaking, inspect cylinder assemblies for defective seals. Consider
replacing cylinder or returning to BVM for redress.
