4.

Inspect the gasket of the Mount and mating surface of the

truck to ensure that surface is free of any defects or foreign
materials.

5.

Set the light bar mount onto the truck and check all hardware

clearances. Adjust if necessary. Align with four 5/16-18 threaded
studs see Fig. 4. This Light Mount comes with Rubber Bumpers
attached. The rubber bumpers should rest on top of the truck's
roof surface. Due to variance in roof curvature for the different
models, the gap between the roof and Bumper may vary.

NOTICE: Use washers on as needed basis to fill the gap
between Bumper and roof. See Figure 5. Light Mount Top
Plate (shipped mounted) needs to be removed to access the
Bumper’s nuts. Top Plate is secured by means of 6 screws
that are easily accessible from the top.

6.

Secure Light Bar Mount to truck frame using four 5/16-18

flange nuts.

IMPORTANT: Make sure hardware is tightened

firmly against the truck’s frame and gasket is compressed
evenly across the perimeter and Light Bar Mount sits
leveled.

Adjust as necessary for optimal fit. DO NOT

OVERTIGHTEN See Figure 6, 7.
