The set top box does not work after moving house
• The house may be in a different Freeview location and requires re-tuning. See the ‘installation’ section of this
manual for details.
I’ve changed the password and forgotten it
• The master override password is ‘3331’
Remote control does not work.
• Reduce the distance between the remote and the set top box
• Check the batteries are installed correctly.
• Replace the batteries
• Aim the remote directly at the Set top box
