What you can do
My picture and sound quality is poor. What
should I do?
• Make sure there are no mobile phones, DECT
phones, wireless routers or microwave ovens
near the receiver.
• Keep the power and the satellite cable apart
from each other.
• Check the signal levels using the system
information screen. The signal level may be
affected by weather conditions. If the LNB
is covered with snow or there is heavy rain,
the sound and picture quality may be poor
temporarily.
