STEP “A”
Attach the supports 1* (RH and LH side) using
washers (3-6), screws (2-5) and nuts (4). Attach the
cylinders 7-8 (RH-LH)] using pins (9) and spring
pins (10).
In this step, you will use:
Item 2*, four screws M12x35 (0.47”x1.38”)
Item 3*, six flat washers ø13 (0.51”)
Item 4*, four nuts M12 (0.51”)
Item 5*, two screws M12x25 (0.47”x1”)
Item 6*, two spring washers ø13 (0.51”)
Item 9, two pins ø20x70 (0.79”x2.76”)
Item 10, four spring pins ø6x35 (0.24”x1.38”)
* They are valid if we convert a machine with
manual fold into one with hydraulic fold.
These particulars are included on those machines
already planned with hydraulic fold.
