Further information about operation limits:
At the beginning of evacuation, the rated delta P and consequently, the rated current,
might be exceeded. Especially, if the chamber size is large and the size of the backing
pump is small. This could lead to overheating of the vacuum booster pump or to over-
load of the motor. In case of doubt, please contact the product management.
