Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.

The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using

Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
`
`
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.
`
`
The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
Safety instructions during and after use
`

The instrument generates overpressure. Possible
bodily injury due to escaping liquids.
`
`
The instrument is not suitable for cleaning in a
dishwasher.
Layout and function
`
`
The instrument consists of a riser pipe made of
polypropylene (PP), a discharge tube made of PVC
with a tip made of silicone, a shut-off valve made of
PP and PE and a universal bung made of PVC.
`
`
The instrument is suitable for a safe filling of car
batteries with acid or distillated water.
`
`
The bung fits onto container openings with a diame-
ter of 30 to 70 mm forming an airtight seal.
`
`
The instrument is maintenance-free.
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Pull out the telescopic riser pipe
completely.
2. Guide the riser pipe
with the universal bung
into the container to form an airtight seal.
3. If necessary adjust the universal bung to the
opening diameter of the container.
4. Close the shut-off valve
on the discharge hose.
5. Plug the hand pump ball
into the bung.
6. Close the stop-valve
(push the lever upwards).
Safe filling
1. Hold the discharge hose in the filling container.
2. Activate the hand pump ball and generate overpres-
sure. Liquid starts to flow.
3. Open the shut-off valve on the discharge hose.
WARNING!
The instrument is not suitable for highly flammable
or explosive liquids.

The instrument must only be used within the

Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.

Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.

Pay attention to the material resistance.

WARNING!
Some liquid will continue to run while the dischar-
ge hose is being screwed on. Bodily injury due to
escaping liquid.
