EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS GUIDE:

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Cleaning:

1. Prepare a pail of approved 100 PPM cleaning solution. Use

warm water and follower manufacturer’s specifications

2. Pour the solution into the hopper and allow the solution

to flow into the freezing cylinder

3. Using the white hopper brush, clean the mix hopper, mix

level sensing probes, and the outside of the agitator drive
shaft housing. Using the double-ended brush, clean the
mix inlet hole

4. Press the WASH key. This causes the cleaning solution in

the freezing cylinder to make contact with all areas of the
freezing cylinder
