* The range of the IR emitter and microphone is highly dependent on the
location and the surrounding area. Highly absorbent surfaces, such as dark
rough structures (soil, turf, asphalt) can lead to a significant reduction in
maximum range of IR emitter.
** The range of the WLAN signal is highly dependent on the location. Metallic
structures, walls, etc. influence the signal/connection.
