Setting the rebound damper
Front wheel
The rebound damper for the front wheel is situated
on the fork leg. It may be marked with either hare/
tortoise symbols or plus and minus symbols.

Hare symbol
Open the rebound damper completely. To do so,
turn the setting bolt all the way towards the hare
symbol or the minus symbol.
Stand next to the bicycle. Deflect the fork as far as
possible by pushing down the handlebars.
Release the handlebars abruptly.
The ideal setting for the rebound damper has been
achieved when the wheel maintains contact with
the floor when springing back.
