misuse, negligent use, alteration of the motor base, container or parts, exposure to abnormal or extreme
conditions or incorrect following of the operating instructions, will void this Warranty.
e) The Warranty is void if repairs to the machine are performed by someone other than Bugatti or an
authorized Bugatti Service Center. Bugatti will not be responsible for the cost of any unauthorized repair.
Some states/countries (outside European union) do not allow limits on warranties. In such states/countries,
the above limitations may not apply to you. Outside the European Union other warranties may apply.
3) This warranty is the exclusive remedy for purchaser and the sole liability of Bugatti. No employee or
representative of Bugatti or any other person is authorized to make any other warranty or any modifications
to this warranty. In no event, whether based on contract, indemnity, warranty, tort (including negligence),
strict liability or otherwise, shall Bugatti be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages, including, without limitation, loss of profit or revenue.
4) Bugatti warrants to the original end-user (proof of purchase is required) that this commercial Bugatti
NOUN smart cooking appliance is free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty periods
applicable to the NOUN as described herein and subject to the conditions set forth below:
5) A warranty is deemed to be the replacement or repair free of charge of the parts making up the NOUN that
were faulty at the time of purchase due to manufacturing faults.
6) In the case of irreparable or repeated faults which are due to manufacturing faults as above, at Bugatti’s
sole discretion, the machine will be replaced.
7) The warranty does not cover damage due to:
a) improper or faulty use.
b) Defect caused by accidental breakages or carelessness.
c) Incorrect following of instructions and warnings, incorrect installation and maintenance.
d) Maintenance and/or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.
e) Use of non-original spare parts.
f) Carriage.
g) Any other circumstance that cannot be ascribed to manufacturing faults.
h) Any other claims apart from statutory rights are excluded.
8) The manufacturer accepts no liability for any direct or indirect harm or injury to persons, things and
domestic animals that may arise from failure to abide by all the safety instructions contained in this manual,
especially failure to abide by the instructions on installation, use and maintenance of the NOUN smart
cooking appliance.
9) Replacement or repair shall not extend the warranty period. The warranty does not cover the replacement
of consumables such as heating elements.
10) The warranty runs from the date of the receipt as evidence of purchase; visit Bugatti website to find the
warranty product registration: www.casabugatti.com. Carefully store the receipt for all the duration of the
warranty. In case of return of the product, proof of purchase has to be always available.
11) For warranty details for machines purchased outside the Europe Union, contact your authorized Bugatti

12) In the event your NOUN smart cooking appliance needs service or repair covered by the terms of this
warranty, Please contact Bugatti for warranty assistance. For machines purchased into the European Union,
