WARRANTY

1) Scope of WARRANTY: Bugatti warrants owners against machine fails within 3 years from the date of purchase 

IN CASE OF DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP OR WEAR AND TEAR DUE 

TO ORDINARY HOUSEHOLD USE

; Bugatti or the authorized Bugatti distributor or the authorized 

Service Center will assume the cost of the parts and labour deemed necessary to repair the failed machine 

within 30 days from the acceptance of the returned product.

If the failed machine cannot be repaired, Bugatti will either replace the machine at Bugatti sole discretion.

The sole obligation of Bugatti, is to repair or replace the warranted part or parts as determined exclusively 

by Bugatti.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED BY BUGATTI TO THE OWNER OF THE MACHINE 

FOR PERSONAL HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. 

This warranty does not apply to products used for 

commercial, rental or re-sale purposes. If machine’s owners change during 3 years warranty period, please 

update the owner information by sending an email to [email protected]

2) Limitations on Warranty

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY FOR ORDINARY HOUSEHOLD USE.

 This warranty does 

not apply to machines that have been used commercially or in non-household applications. This warranty 

does not cover:

a) cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.

b) Scratches on the surface due to the usage with hard and dry food.

c) Discoloration or damages caused by abrasives, cleaners, food build up, abrasive brushes.

d)  This  Warranty  is  only  valid  if  the  machine  is  used  in  accordance  with  the  instruction  manual;  abuse, 

Unplug the appliance. 

Contact the Bugatti Customer Care

Make sure food weight on the lift (9) is less than 1 Kg 

( 35 oz). Unplug the appliance, wait for 10 seconds and 

plug in again.

The appliance will start to work again.

Make  sure  you  do  not  over  tap  the  close  button  (14) 

and keep running the motor moving the back glass (2) 

against food. Unplug the appliance, wait for 10 seconds 

and plug in again.The appliance will start to work again.
