Unpacking
The MiniMet 1000 has been carefully packaged to protect it during transit from the factory to your
location. Carefully unpack and check the contents. If any components are missing or damaged, save the
packing list and materials and advise the carrier and Buehler of the discrepancy.
Carefully unpack and check that the following items have been received:
•
Samples of CarbiMet™ paper and polishing cloths
•
3 Glass platens
•
3 Polishing bowls (black, white, and blue)
CAUTION

Equipment Damage.
The MiniMet 1000 weighs 25 lbs (11 kg). Carefully lift the unit from the
shipping carton.
