Use Voice Notes to create short voice recordings. Voice notes are included in the Voice
Notes list on Main Menu and are named consecutively (REC001.mp3, REC002.mp3, and so
on).

1. Hold Buddy’s microphone near your mouth.
2. Press and hold RECORDING key and speak your voice note.
3. Release RECORDING to stop recording and start preview of the recorded Voice
Note. Buddy goes back to previous place where you pressed RECORDING.

Note function is always available from anywhere!

The List of Voice Notes is displayed when ‘Voice Notes’ is selected from the Main menu.
Playback method is same as listening to Music.

ECORDING FEATURE
Use Recorder to create Speech or Line-in recordings. Recordings are included in the
Recordings list on Main Menu and are named consecutively (REC001.xxx, REC002.xxx, and
so on). The extension is based on the file format that is selected for recording.
Press RECORDING followed by PLAY to enter Recorder.
Note:
You cannot enter the setup menu when the recording is in progress.

Upon entering the recorder application a screen will appear asking you to select Mic or
Line-in as the source.
•
Use NAVIGATION to go through the options and press PLAY to enter Recording
screen and start recording.
Note:
Source can also be selected from the setup menu.

On entering recording screen, it gives a beep and starts recoding.
