NOTE: If you have installed a brick solder course
over the top grill, the catalytic combustor must be
removed through the firebox.
1. Remove firebrick baffle and supporting angle irons.
2. Slide flame impingement shield to the right and
remove.
3. Open by-pass door.
4. Reach into the firebox and raise catalytic combustor
to top of secondary heat chamber.
5. Remove combustor through open by-pass door. To
install new combustor, follow steps in reverse
order.
