Verification test
Place the BathyCorrometer
®
in to a solution of 3% salinity de-ionised water at 25°C, keeping the bulkhead socket above the waterline and dry.
Connect a digital Voltmeter to the socket and take readings using 3 laboratory K-series reference cells
The new electronics should give a negative reading of 42mV (+/-5mV) and a zinc block test should give a negative reading of 1.040 (+/-40mV).
Battery charger and CalChecker

Upon completion of the installation, the original battery charger and BCM Checker
must be replaced with the BathyCorrometer
®
Pro’ Charger and the
CalChecker
Pro’.
