5.2.1 New resident badge
In order to access to the programming of a “RESIDENT” badge, a system manager badge is required.
The entrance panel will notify that the badge has been accepted or deleted by means of sound
notifications, as well as visual indications using the LEDs on the entrance panel.
The presentation of an unrecognised badge, or a programming error, will cause the interruption of
the programming procedure, and an extended beep; the red “busy” LED will also come on.

If programming other resident badges,
move each one close to the reader within
30 seconds from the previous one.
To confirm that the programming proce-
dure has been completed move the system
manager badge close, or wait 30 seconds.
Two short beeps confirm that program-
ming has been successful.
