INFORMATION REQUEST
Authorized users can request to device information on the GSM operator, the quality of GSM signal
and the back-up battery status with the following SMS:

Not Present = Back-up Battery Not Present (or not connected)
Charging = Back-up Battery Charging
In Use = Device is working with the internal Back-up Battery (autonomy
higher than 60 minutes)
Low = Few minutes battery autonomy: about 30 - 5 minutes
