Most problems are resolved by turning off the power to the Home Hub and waiting 30 seconds
before turning it back on. Wait a few minutes for the phone light on the Home Hub to turn a steady
green before attempting to make a call.
If the phone light on the Home Hub is not a steady green your Broadband talk service may not yet
be set-up. Go to
www.bt.com/bbt
and follow the on-screen instructions to manually activate your
Broadband Talk account before attempting to make a call. You will need your Broadband Talk
number and password which were sent to you in an email from BT (and in the Account Summary
letter if you are a new BT Broadband customer).
If the problem has still not been resolved by turning the hub off and on, press the grey
Wireless
Association
button at the back or side of the BT Home Hub for 15 seconds and then release.
Once again wait a few minutes for the phone light on the Home Hub to turn a steady green before
attempting to make a call. If the phone light on the Home Hub fails to turn a steady green follow
the instructions as above.
