BT's Callscape is a combination of hardware and software that has
been designed to make your telephone an even more effective and
useful, business and organisational tool. Integrating the power of your
computer with the facilities offered by
BT's Select Services
, it can be
easily tailored to suit your particular business and organisational
needs.
The system consists of:
a) small box that connects your telephone to your computer and
records the numbers of all your outgoing calls and if you subscribe to
Caller Display service
all your incoming calls as well.
b) powerful softtware for storing and managing telephone numbers and
contact information, logging all calls and makig notes relating to your
telephone activity.
