Flashes when you receive an external call. Stays on

Flashes when you have new calls in the Calls list.
On when viewing the Calls list,

(PHONE/PERSON)
When viewing the Calls list, indicates an answered
call,

(PERSON)
When viewing the Calls list, indicates an unanswered

Displayed when you are dialling or storing numbers
