Serial connection panel type 

This menu selects the panel connection type for serial connected panels (RS232 or RS485).

•  Access the configuration menu by holding Enter button for 3s. Press the Enter button again, the display 

will show ‘Pin Learn’. Press the down arrow until serial panel type is shown. Press the Enter button again to 

enter serial panel type. ‘Default status = None’ will be shown.

•  Use the down arrow to step through the available panel. Once the desired panel is reached press and hold 

the Enter button down till ‘Notice – Saved!’ is displayed.

•  Then it will return to the same position in the menu for you to select a different panel or use the down 

arrow to step through all pins to get to the Back option.
