Instructions for Use
Blade Replacement
All types of blades are replaced by loosening the bolts and
removing the blade holder (fig.6/4).
If necessary loosen the blade holder (fig.6/5 and 6/6) and
remove the blade (fig.6/7 and 6/8).

Replacement of Traction Pin
Every 100 work hours check the condition of the blade
control pin A, and the ferrule B (fig.6/9).
If replacement is required, loosen the block nut C then slide
out the pin A and the ferrule B, then replace them with new
parts.
Check the setting screw G (fig.6/10) that fixes the steel blade
M, and replace if necessary.
Tighten the V screws completely on the steel blade. Tighten
each G setting screw to the same degree until almost all the
play has been eliminated on the blade control pin (fig.6/11)
and then block them with conic lock nut D.
NB: The DUPLEX has two pins A, and two bushes B.
