Technical Data Magnet

Operating Modes of the Magnet System:

Driven Mode

In the driven mode the current lead is mounted and the current is led through the power
supply. The coils of the magnet can be energized and de-energized.

Persistent Mode

In the persistent mode the current flows exclusively within the magnet. The circuit has no
connection to the outside. The magnetic field cannot be switched off.
