HEART RATE
Heart rate monitoring is essential for you to control the intensity of the exercise.
To check your heart rate or follow your heart rate programs, use the Heart Rate Sensor
(chest strap), Heart Rate Sensor on your bike or wrist.
HEART RATE SENSOR
It is a sensitive sensor to the touch of the hands.
When you touch it, your heart rate will be recorded.
Hold the two sensors firmly and after approximately 10
seconds the indication of the heartbeat will appear in the
"window", in the form of beats per minute and luminous
pulsation of the graphic bar.
The sensor is located on the handlebars.
PULSE
Place the middle and index fingers on the radial pulse to
feel the heartbeat. Count the beats for 15 seconds and
multiply the result by 4.
Thus, you will have your heart rate per minute.
ATTENTION!
The heart rate monitoring system may be
inaccurate. Excessive exercise causes damage to
your health. In case of weakness, stop the
exercise immediately.
ADJUSTABLE FOOT
To level your bike and elliptical to the floor, the V2 / H2 / E2
equipment has 2 feet that help keep the bike and the ellip-
tical stabilized on the ground. Always keep bicycles level
so as not to damage your equipment. To adjust, simply
rotate the regulator located on the rear or front toes.
