TRAILER SET-UP
Bumper Position Setting
The bumper position setting consists
of a particular position of both the
bumper holes and support holes.
1. Remove bumper retaining bolts.
2. Align appropriate support holes and
bumper together.

BUMPER HOLES
1. Position 1

3. Install bolts loosely into proper posi-
tions.
4. IMPORTANT: Move bumper up-
wards then towards front and main-
tain it in this position.

MOVE UPWARDS THEN FORWARD
5. Tighten bolts to 27 N•m ± 3 N•m.
NOTE: It is important to maintain
bumper fully upwards and forward
to eliminate any play in the assembly
before tightening.
Axle Forward Positioning (RXP
Models)
To suit the RXP models, the trailer axle
must be moved forward from the fac-
tory position.
To set axle to the forward position, pro-
ceed as follows:
1. Loosen clamps bolts on both sides
of the axle.

2. Remove both walk pad supports.
