Disassembly
1. Remove the powerhead. (See page 6-2)
2. Remove the gearcase. (See page 8-2)
3. Remove the tiller handle. (See page 7-2)
4. Remove the clutch lever / rod. (See page 7-5)
5. Remove the three bolts and the rear handle grip.
6. Remove the water tube with the grommet facing up.
7. Remove the bolts and the washers.
8. Remove the reverse lock arm and the springs.
9. Remove the four bolts, the swivel bracket cover and the
steering adjuster.
