Installation
Risk of electrocution!
Before starting the work, isolate the system from the power
supply and safeguard against unintentional reconnection!
Danger of life by gas!
All work in connection with the installation must only be car-
ried out by an approved gas installer!
Before starting work disconnect the power supply and close the gas cutoff device.
Use the enclosed seals during installation. Check connections for leaks! The gas
valve and the gas line must only be pressurised with max. 150 mbar.
1.
Unplug the connector of the faulty gas valve.
2.
Disconnect the gas connections and remove the defective gas valve.
3.
Remove the protective covers on the new valve and install the valve with new
seals (included).
During this, note that the installation location of the gas valve can vary de-
pending on the device type of the heating system.
4.
Plug the connector back in.
5.
Open the gas cut off device and bleed the gas line if necessary.
To do this open the pressure points for the connection pressure (see Fig. 1)
and bleed, following the safety regulations. .
6.
Check the connections for leaks. Pay attention to the maximum test pressure!
7.
Put the boiler into operation and check the CO
2
content with full and small
load and set if necessary. The CO
2
content is set by adjusting the gas pres-
sure on the gas fitting.
8.
Check the reference value of the injector pressure corresponding to the fol-
lowing table (see Chapter
Commissioning
).
