1. Vacuum the exterior of the cartridge.
2. On the gear side, remove the two screws on the large half end cap (end cap is in two separate pieces). Remove the end cap.
3. Remove the screw on the remaining smaller end cap, press in on the tab and remove the end cap.
4. Remove the gears and spring as shown.
5. Remove the E-ring and the developer roller shaft.
