Removing the protective film
When the printer i s s hipped from the m a n u f a ct u rer, a protective
film i s a ffixed to the p a per check window. Before us ing the
printer, remove the protective film.
Inserting/removing the rechargeable battery

Slide the rech a rge ab le
ba ttery cover ( a t the ba ck
of the printer) in the
direction indic
a ted b y (1).

Remove the cover a nd
ba ttery b y lifting the edge
a t (2) with yo u r finger.

Align the ba ttery with the
connector (3), a nd then
in s t a ll the rech a rge ab le Li-ion ba ttery.
