4.13 Troubleshooting for Fax Problems

- Check that the line cord is inserted into the socket correctly.
- Check that the dial function setting (tone/pulse) is correct.

Replace the rubber key.

Replace the panel PCB ASSY.

Replace the touch panel PCB ASSY.

NCU PCB failure
Replace the NCU PCB ASSY.

First side CIS unit or second side
CIS unit failure
Replace the first side CIS unit or second
side CIS unit.

Main PCB failure
Replace the main PCB ASSY.

- Check that the line cord is inserted into the socket correctly.
- Check that the receiving mode setting is correct.
