Function
This function prints out the following data:
- Page length setting for recording paper
- Error code
- Scanning compensation data

Operating Procedure
(1) Open the paper compartment cover and hold down the
COPY ALL
and
FEED
keys for 15
seconds.
(2) Close the paper compartment cover and press the
COPY ALL
key.
The machine prints out the following:
- Page length setting for recording paper
PAPER SIZE
LETTER
(if the letter size is selected)
PAPER SIZE
A4
(if the A4 size is selected)
- Error code
ERR=xx (where xx denotes the latest error code. For details, refer to Chapter V.)
- Scanning compensation data
a) White level data for green LEDs in CIS0 (66 bytes)
b) White level data for green LEDs in CIS1 (72 bytes
c) White level data for green LEDs in CIS2 (63 bytes)
d) White level data for red LEDs in CIS0 (66 bytes)
e) White level data for red LEDs in CIS1 (72 bytes)
f) White level data for red LEDs in CIS2 (63 bytes)
g) Clamp PWM value (2 bytes)
h) Gain PWM value (12 bytes for green and red images, 6 bytes/color)
i) Compensation coefficient data for background color (12 bytes for green and red
LEDs, 2 bytes/color/CIS)
Upon completion of printout, the machine returns to the regular operation mode.
NOTE:
If any data is abnormal, its code will be printed in inline style, as shown on the next
page.
NOTE:
All bytes of codes in d), e) and f), the last six bytes of codes in h), and the last three
bytes of codes in i) might be printed in inline style as abnormal; however, they can be ignored
for machines not supporting red & black copying. Those compensation data are needed for
red & black copying.
