(8) As illustrated below, fit both edges of the new white sheet to each other and put weights
(which should be covered with felt or something soft).
(9) Tape the seam of the white sheet.
NOTE:
Use 10-mm-wide white sticky tape, 631S-50 (Teraoka Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) or its
equivalent.
TIP:
For easier taping, as illustrated below, first put a block at each of the right and left ends
of the seam, cut a strip of the white sticky tape longer than the width of the white sheet, and
temporarily attach the tape to those blocks. Push the tape down to the seam of the white
sheet at three points

, and then press the entire tape along the seam.
After that, cut off the excess of the tape at the right and left ends of the seam. Use scissors
as shown on the next page so that you will not mistakenly cut the white sheet or leave any
excess of the tape.
