TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: This massager is equipped with a thermal safety shut-off. Should the massager
stop working or fail to power on after extended use, allow the massager 45 minutes
to reset. The massager will then resume normal function.
Problem
Motor sound during
operation
1. The sound is the result of mechanical
structure and not malfunciton
2. This may occur during normal operation
The product does
not work
1. Ensure that the Power is on
2. Check that the voltage of the
electrical outlet is adequate
3. The unit automatically shuts off after
8 minutes
4. The unit has a built-in safety feature
to prevent overheating; after prolonged
use, this feature will shutoff the
massager to allow it to cool down
