RDM (Remote Device Management)
The DMX adapter box supports Remote Device Management (RDM) ac-
cording to ANSI E1.20 (2010). When using an RDM enabled DMX controller
a LED F160 lamp connected via the DMX adapter box can remotely be
detected and configured.
NOTE
: The DMX controller and other equipment in between which relay
the DMX communication like repeaters and splitters must be RDM com-
pliant devices too.
NOTE
: Each connected LED F160 lamp has its own unique ID consisting of
the ESTA manufacturer ID (fixed to 0x00B7 for Bron Elektronik AG) and a
unique device ID. This allows to identify multiple LED F160 lamps within
a DMX network.

Repairs
If you should experience problems, please do not try to open the device to
repair it yourself. Always leave maintenance and repairs to the broncolor
service centres.
Warranty
We provide a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years from date of purchase
(for the first owner) for the DMX adapter box.
Note on environmental protection
This product must not be disposed of with normal household waste at the
end of its life, but must instead be taken to a recycling point for electrical
and electronic equipment. Please ask your local authorities or our sales
partners regarding the appropriate disposal point.
