BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Read all instructions in this manual.

Make sure the oven is unplugged and the Heating Control Knob is in the “OFF”
position.
3. Wash all accessories in hot, soapy water.
4. Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble them in the oven. Plug the oven into outlet.
5. After re
–
assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the highest temperature
(230
℃
) for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing residue that may remain after
shipping. This will also remove all traces of odor initially present.
Please Note: Due to burning of the protective substance applied to heating elements, initial
operation may result in smell and smoke (about 15 minutes). This is normal and harmless.
6. Function of the knobs:

Temperature Control: choose the desired temperature from 100
℃
to 230
℃
for cooking.
z
Main Function Control: This oven is equipped with 4 positions for a variety of cooking
needs:
: Both heaters stop working
: Upper heater works
: Lower heater works
: Both heaters work
z
Timer/Convection/Lamp: Turn the knob to right (clockwise) to start a
timer/Convection/Lamp. A bell rings at the end of set time.
z
Indicator light: It lights when the heating elements are on.
z
Bake Tray: For use in broiling and roasting meat, poultry, fish and other foods.
z
Tray Handle: Allows you to pick up hot wire rack, and bake tray.
z
Wire Rack: For toasting, baking, and roasting.
z
Crumb Tray: Push it in the bottom of the oven before cooking, and pull out for easy
cleaning.
WARNING: To avoid risk of injury or burns, do not touch hot surfaces when oven is in use.
CAUTION: Always be extremely careful when removing bake tray, wire rack or any hot
containers from a hot oven.
HOW TO BROIL
* For best results, preheat the oven for 15 minutes on 230
℃

Place the wire rack in the oven.

Set the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
