me. Line up the forward hole with the hole in the lower radiator core support.
Insert the (1) 10mm Nut plate in from behind the crossmember and line up the threaded hole with the hole in
the crossmember. Bolt the Bracket to the crossmember with the included (1) 10mm x 40mm Hex Bolt, (1) 10mm
x 30mm OD Large Flat Washer and (1) 10mm Lock Washer,
(Figure 2)
. Repeat this step to install the passenger
side Frame Bracket. Do not
ti
ghten hardware at this
ti
me.

With both Frame Moun
ti
ng Brackets temporarily in place, hold the p
lasti
c lower splash guard up in posi
ti
on and
mark the areas on the splash guard that must be removed to clear the (2) Frame Moun
ti
ng Brackets,
(Figure 3)
.
For a proper
fi
t and to maintain strength, make several small cuts and only remove enough material to clear the
Brackets. Once the splash guard has been modi
fi
ed and the
fit
checked for clearance with the Brackets,
(Figure
4)
, remove the (2) Brackets and reinstall the splash guard.
NOTE:
Do not install the two rear fasteners pictured in
Figure 3
.
Do not attempt to install the bolt if it is longer than 40mm (1 -9/16”), doing so will cause damage to the radiator. Use
Large Flat Washers if necessary to p revent the Hex Bolt from coming in contact with radiator
