•
For Brivis AD models 66 and 86 the dropper box size is 650 mm x 650 mm
•
For Brivis AD 56 the dropper box size is 550 mm x 550 mm
•
Determine the point of penetration through the roof and prepare the opening according to the type of building
construction and roofing material.
•
Cut and form a frame in the opening for the dropper duct Place the dropper duct in the framework & secure it
with bolts or coach screws, on all 4 sides
•
Secure the dropper duct vertically, so the Cooler is level when placed on top of it
•
Ensure the 3 pin power supply plug and lead, the Wall Control Loom connection lead, and the rubber grommet,
are fed to the inside of the dropper duct
•
Cut a 43 mm hole in the dropper duct below the roof line on the back left-hand-side on the high side of the roof,
to accept the wiring grommet This will allow the 3-pin plug and lead, and the Wall Control Loom connection lead
to be withdrawn from the duct into the roof cavity
11.2 INSTALLING THE DROPPER DUCT AND FITTING THE BRIVIS AD COOLER
Place the Cooler on the dropper duct and secure the sub base frame of the Cooler to the dropper duct, in a level

Alternatively, the Cooler may be mounted on a suitable roof stand capable of supporting both the Cooler and the
dropper duct
